On this page, you’ll find all the grammar lessons available on The Sounds of Portuguese, organised by level so you can follow a clear pathway.
This grammar section is here as a guide to support your learning, not a strict step-by-step system you need to follow perfectly.
Some of my videos may feel slightly above your level: and that’s intentional.
Many of my lessons use a comprehensible input (CI) strategy, where you’re exposed to natural, spoken European Portuguese from the beginning, even if you don’t fully understand every word or structure yet.
This means you might see more advanced forms earlier than expected. The goal isn’t to master everything straight away, but to start recognising patterns and getting used to how the language is really used.
